1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Sports Data Web S.R.L. (CUI 49210200), Bulevardul Eroilor nr. 44, ap. 6, 400129 Cluj-Napoca, jud. Cluj, Romania. Contact: contact@neurodds.com. This policy explains what personal data the NeurOdds service processes and why.

2. What we collect

  • Account data — your email address and sign-in identity, managed through Google.
  • Payment data — handled by our payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, and a reference; we never see or store your card number.
  • Subscription and usage data — what you have purchased, which tips you can access or have been sent, and when you viewed them; for tip packs, whether your feed is on or off, the pause time used and any competitions you have chosen to leave out.
  • Bets you record — if you choose to record a bet you placed on a tip: the odds, stake, bookmaker and line you enter, which are shown only to you, as your own results.
  • Content-protection data — when you open a tip, or see it again under My tips, we record technical details of the request: IP address, browser and version, operating system, device type, language preferences, and related request metadata, with the country and network (internet provider) of the IP address, which we look up in a database on our own server (IP Geolocation by DB-IP).
  • Email preferences — whether you agreed to receive news and offers by email, and a record of each choice you make: the words you agreed to, when, and the IP address and browser it came from. We also keep a record of the emails we send you, and stop sending them if they bounce or are reported as spam.
  • Waiting lists — if you ask, on the page of a model that is not open to subscribers, to be told if it opens: which model, when you asked, and the words you agreed to. Leaving the list deletes this.
  • Telegram data — if you connect Telegram, the chat identifier needed to send you notifications. We never send tip content through Telegram, only a private link.
  • Session data — an httpOnly sign-in cookie, plus the IP and browser of the device each session was opened from (this is what makes one-device sign-in work).
  • Correspondence — messages you send us, e.g. refund requests.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

  • Providing the Service (accounts, subscriptions and tip packs, delivering tips, notifications you asked for, your own results) — performance of a contract, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • Content protection and fraud prevention — legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f). Tips are paid, personal-use content; per-user watermarks and per-view device logging exist to detect account sharing and unauthorised redistribution.
  • Payment, tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation, art. 6(1)(c).
  • Defending legal claims, including payment disputes, using records of what was delivered and accessed — legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f).
  • Statistics on bets — when an account is erased, the bets recorded in it are kept without the account (see section 5) — legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f).
  • News and offers by email — only if you agreed, at sign-up or in your account — consent, art. 6(1)(a). You can withdraw it at any time in your account, and through the unsubscribe link in each email; we keep the record of your choice as proof of it.
  • Telling you if a model opens — only if you asked, on its page — consent, art. 6(1)(a). We email you about that model only; you can leave the list at any time on the same page.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

The models that produce the tips analyse sports data only: they do not use your personal data and make no decisions about you, so they involve no automated decision-making within the meaning of art. 22 GDPR.

4. Who processes data for us

We use a small number of processors and service providers: Google, our payment providers, Hetzner, Cloudflare, Telegram and Amazon Web Services, which sends our emails. Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists. Bets you record are kept while your account exists, and you can delete any of them at any time. When your account is erased, each is kept without your account: the tip it was on and when it was recorded, the odds taken against the tip's own, the stake, the line, the bookmaker and the result. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Content-protection logs are kept for as long as needed for fraud detection and the defence of payment disputes, and are then deleted. Database backups are retained on a rolling 30-day window. When we delete your data at your request, it is removed from the live Service and remains only in those backups until they expire, at most 30 days later. Backups are used only to restore the Service after a failure and cannot be altered while they are kept.

6. Cookies

The Service uses essential cookies only: a sign-in session cookie (httpOnly) and functional preferences such as language. If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this policy and ask for consent first where required.

We count visits to the website by where they came from: the tag in the link that brought you (for example, a link in one of our social media posts) or the website that linked to us, and the page you arrived on. This uses no cookies and keeps nothing that identifies you, neither your IP address nor your browser: only a daily total for each source.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to contact@neurodds.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Romania, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or the authority of your own country.

8. Changes

We will post updates to this policy here and, for material changes, notify you before they take effect.
