Terms of Service

1. Who we are

NeurOdds is operated by Sports Data Web S.R.L., a company incorporated in Romania (CUI 49210200, Trade Registry J2023005177124, VAT RO49210200), with its registered office at Bulevardul Eroilor nr. 44, ap. 6, 400129 Cluj-Napoca, jud. Cluj, Romania ("we", "us", the "Company"). You can reach us at contact@neurodds.com. These Terms govern your use of the NeurOdds website and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription you agree to them.

2. What the Service is — and what it is not

The Service is software: statistical, machine-learning and AI models that analyse sports data and publish sports analysis and betting tips as paid informational content. A subscription gives you access to the tips a model publishes during the subscription period, delivered through your account and, where you connect it, through Telegram notifications.

Every tip is generated by software; no person selects or alters individual tips. Any name, profile, image or persona a model is given is a label for software, not a person, and nothing a model publishes is personal advice. All content is the Company's own product, and no third party sells through the Service.

We are not a bookmaker or gambling operator. We do not accept, place, or broker bets or wagers, we do not hold stakes, and we do not pay out winnings or prizes of any kind. Any betting decision you make, and any bet you place with a third party, is entirely your own and takes place outside the Service.

The Service is available only to persons aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. No guarantees

Sports outcomes are uncertain. We make no promises or guarantees of any kind about results, profits, win rates, or the accuracy of any tip or analysis. Published track records describe past performance, which is not a prediction of future results. Models can be wrong, and a model can perform differently from its past record. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, or professional advice. Losing periods are a normal part of sports betting; never bet money you cannot afford to lose.

4. Your account and exclusive sign-in

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Sign-in is exclusive to one device at a time: signing in on a new device ends the session on the previous one. Accounts are personal and must not be shared, sold, or transferred.

5. Content licence and protection

Purchased content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You must not republish, resell, share, or otherwise redistribute tips or analysis, in whole or in part, in any medium (including screenshots and messaging groups). To protect this, tip pages are watermarked with your account identity and access is logged, including technical device details, as described in our Privacy Policy. Redistribution or automated access (bots, scrapers) may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund of amounts attributable to the breach, and we reserve our legal remedies.

6. Subscriptions, tip packs and billing

Prices, subscription lengths, pack sizes and what each purchase includes are stated at the point of purchase. Prices shown to consumers include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your card details. Subscriptions are one-off purchases of a fixed period: there is no recurring charge and no automatic renewal. Access runs for the period you bought and then ends by itself, so there is nothing to cancel. You may buy a model's next period before the current one ends: it then starts when the current one ends.

Some models are sold as a tip pack: a stated number of tips, paid for once. A pack's tips are sent to you as the model publishes them, and a tip counts as used when it is sent to you, whether or not you open it or bet on it. A tip goes back into your pack only if its match is not played and that is final: the match is cancelled or awarded as a walkover, or has still not been played 48 hours after its scheduled start. A tip on a match that was played counts whatever its result, including one whose stake is returned.

You can turn a pack's feed off and on again from your account. While it is off, tips are not sent to you and do not count; nor do tips from competitions you have chosen to leave out, where that option is available to you. A feed can be off for 240 hours in total during a pack; once they are used up, it comes back on and stays on until that pack ends.

A pack starts with the first tip sent from it, and packs bought for the same model are used one after another. A pack ends when all its tips have been sent, or 40 days after it started; if by then the model has published fewer tips since the pack started than the pack holds, the pack stays open until it has published that many. Tips not sent to you by the time a pack ends, because your feed was off or competitions were left out, are not refunded.

7. Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you are an EU consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases. Tips are digital content, delivered as they are published, so the right ends once they begin to reach you:

• Single tips and tip packs: at checkout you are asked to expressly consent to delivery starting at once and to acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal once the first tip is delivered (art. 16(m), Directive 2011/83/EU); without that consent the purchase does not proceed. A pack from which no tip has been sent yet can be withdrawn within 14 days of buying it.
• Subscriptions: a period starts when you buy it, and its tips are delivered from that moment; one bought while a period of the same model is running starts when that one ends, and its tips are delivered from then. At checkout you are asked to expressly request that it start at once, or as soon as the running one ends, and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once its first tip is sent to you; without that, the purchase does not proceed. Once its first tip has been sent to you, it can no longer be withdrawn; a renewal from which no tip has been sent yet can be withdrawn within 14 days of buying it.

Beyond that, purchases are not refundable except as our Refund Policy sets out. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

• share, resell, or republish content, or circumvent the access controls;
• use bots, scrapers, or multiple accounts to access content;
• copy, scrape, or extract the Service's content or data by automated means, or reverse-engineer the models or the software;
• use the Service if you are under 18, or where using it is unlawful;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, branding, and software, including the models and their output, are owned by the Company or its licensors. Except for the personal-use licence in section 5, no rights are granted to you.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for betting losses or for decisions you take on the basis of content on the Service, and our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or affects mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

11. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms. For material changes we will give notice (for example by email or an in-product notice) before they take effect. If you do not agree with a change, simply do not buy a further period or pack — your current access is unaffected.

We may update, retrain, pause or retire models, and their published records stay on the Service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If you are a consumer in the EU, you additionally enjoy the mandatory consumer protections, and may bring proceedings in the courts, of your country of residence.
